• Reported directly to Contract Manger
• Manage all aspects related to the quality of the contract according to ISO 9001:20015 requirements and CEPA EN 16636, European Standard for Pest Management.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications
• Ensure the implementation of the Contract Quality Plan
• Comprehend, implement, and communicate ’s quality requirements and standards that are represented in Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines.
• Build quality monitoring system in accordance with Tadweer requirements
• Set quality inspection and testing plans that ensure service effectiveness
• Investigate customer requirements and expectation and take the required actions to ensure meeting customer needs and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Analyzes processes for continuous improvements and failure modes
• Responsible for overall quality team performance
• Develops and maintains QMS documents such as procedures, Process Flow, etc.
• Builds strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and all team members.
• Analyzes in-process defects, investigates root cause, and develops counter measures
• Manage and perform required quality audits and reporting process and follow up nonconformance corrective plans
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily operation quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
• Participate in the development of service specifications
