• Respond to customer enquiries and concerns politely
• Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls
• To run customer’s satisfaction survey as per the RFT terms
• Ensure proper feedback from operations regarding received services requests & complaints
• Co-ordinate with operations regarding services request, public complaints and customer inquiries requirements
• Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding services request, complaints & satisfaction surveys
• Comply with policies, regulation and standards
• Data entry along of all clients details for all received services request, complaints, and customer’s satisfaction survey at IPM database system Document and escalate any customer service issues
• Assist with training of new employees within department
• Assisting contract management in addition to following any further instruction
