1. Ensure proper transfer of clinical knowledge to the end user regarding the products.

1. Full utilization of mechanism of the machine by following the manufacturer best practices to ensure education and transfer of all action and capabilities of machine / product.

1. Full Coordination with sales team by directional feedback with regards to Customer satisfaction and machine performance.

1. Keep records of all product recalls and alert as well as product information update and to make sure it is all communicated to the sales team and principal companies.

1. Coordinate with the sales team for achieving the yearly target as number of units sold as assigned at the beginning of the year.

1. To familiarize himself with the company Policy and strictly recommended to make sure at all the time AKI interest is fully protected.

1. Maintain the best level of principal relationship management by attending business reviews, filed visits and timely response to principal co requirements and requests.

1. Providing training for the dentists, technical employees and providing presentation on marketing on technical aspects of the products.

1. Coordination between product specialist and Sales Manager in the configuration the sales strategy.

1. Coordinating for the promotional events and symposiums.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Dental.

Minimum Experience: Over 3 Years of Experience
