JOB PURPOSE: To develop and implement Marketing & Communication Strategies in-line with the overall company objectives, and to ensure the various business units achieve their short & long terms business plans. |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | ||

1 Drive and support strategic plans to grow brand awareness and ensure the Marketing plan is conveyed clearly and unambiguously and bottom-line results are performed effectively. |

2 Manage and deliver the marketing & communications plan using the entire marketing mix. |
| |
3 Undertake analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends, reporting back to the business regularly on the results of the marketing & communications delivery and proactively implementing change where required. |

4 Identify key business objectives and accordingly strategize short-term and long-term Marketing Strategies which maximize the utilization of the Marketing budget. |
| |
5 Manage the Marketing Department’s P&L and ensure that all forecasted budgets are met and adhered to. |
| |
6. Manage the standardization of communication tools within the business, through production quality control with the purpose of maintaining company standards and quality across all communication. |

7. Develop and execute digital media strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. | ||
8. Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, optimized landing pages, and effective conversion strategies for each customer segment. | ||
9. Oversee CRM initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, utilizing data-driven insights to personalize and optimize the customer journey for retail consumers, B2B clients. | ||
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION | ||
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / MBA or Equivalent Experience. Minimum Experience: Over 5 years of experience in similar position and preferably in fitness field. |
