Position Title: Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Business Unit/Department: Support Services/Human Resources

 

JOB PURPOSE:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, guiding junior team members, and contributing to overall talent management.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Posting

  • Edit and publish job advertisements across a range of online channels including LinkedIn and other job platforms.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as headhunting to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach. Leverage social media, job boards, and industry networks for talent acquisition.

Candidate Assessment

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements. Conduct initial interviews (face to face, phone calls or online meetings) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear communication. Facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback. Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and advise on recruitment best practices.

Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.

Offer Management

  • Negotiate job offers with candidates. Manage pre-employment processes, such as reference checks if needed.

Employee Onboarding

  • Coordinate with the Onboarding team, PRO, and HRBP to initiate the onboarding stages for selected candidates.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), utilizing data for reporting and process improvement. 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Job Specific: Strong communication skills, 360 recruitment, technology proficiency, Market Intelligence.
