JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:E-Commerce Specialist
Reports to:E-Commerce Manager
Business Unit/ Department:Consumer
JOB PURPOSE
To lead growth in the E commerce channel via developing strong brand presence to achieve the set objectives and targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Manage brand presence & products on all e-commerce platforms

2. Set and monitor prices for all products in the eCommerce channel

3. Build, and leverage existing, professional and trusting relationship with key customers
  • Quarterly Business review with buyers
4. Develop and execute strategies for sales (sell-in & sell-out), pricing and all other matters related to generating revenue
  • Monthly promotions roll-out
  • Promo forecasting
5. Working closely with Operations team on sales forecast
  • % forecast accuracy
7. E Commerce Inventory management
  • Online stock availability
8. Monthly E commerce analysis

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification: Minimum of 4 year’s Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or any relevant field OR Equivalent Experience

Minimum Experience: 3 years Trade Marketing experience / E Commerce with a multinational or professional and respected sales and distribution company.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Job Specific: Knowledge of E commerce business , Presentation Skills, negotiation skills, strong analytical skills, professional and winning relationships with key customers.

Generic Skills: Good communication skills, convincing power and negotiation skills, organization

FINANCIALS & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY

Financial Scope: Approve quotations from suppliers, help determine Trade Price and correct margin follow-up

Reporting Staff: None

Decision Making Authority: Day to day operations related issues and marketing activities.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATION

Working Environment: Office and Trade

Internal Relationships: General Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Managers, Channel Managers, Trade Marketing and Brand Managers, IT, HR, Sales Coordinator and Supply Chain Supervisors.

External Relationships: Key Account Head Office and Section Managers, existing and new clients and Principal companies.
