Key Performance Indicators
Achieve budgeted profitability and analyze Customer skincare need and advice correct products to maximize sales and reach division objectives to meet business plan set by the manager.
Increase sales by providing good customer service and accurate information to customers to ensure in-depth knowledge in the brand and other products in the pharmacies for assigned brands by developing customer trust and push sales methods to reach set targets
Ensure confidentiality of information concerning customers and staff in accordance with the Data Protection Act. And retain confidentiality of company policies and figure statistics to meet company and health authorities’ standards.
Follow up on item expiries to avoid having expired items (for general items).
Check warehouse slips and received items to ensure that correct stock is received
Prepare credit card reports and cash deposits to meet timely deposit requirement under the supervision of Pharmacist is duty.
Merchandize in the outlets to ensure all items is merchandized according to the planogram to comply with marketing and brand requirement and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.
Follow up on duties for promotion to match the schedule set by the store manager.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma, preferable related to sales Or High school Diploma
Minimum Experience:
One year experience in sales.
