To monitor operations division performance and to report it directly to contract manager on daily bases
In charge and complete responsibility about the following:
Survey operations and its designated manpower teams
IT division
Customers services division
Submit field collected samples to the pest control research laboratory with full required information
To implement required survey plans, control plans, experiments and searches in pest control field
To ensure his teams commitment to their given job responsibilities
To design working plan for his team in addition to proper tasks dispatching that being given from the contract manager
To ensure daily presence of his team and to report immediately any absences beside continuous reporting for absent or missing staff
Daily visits to his team beside conducting weekly meeting with them
To ensure his staff accurate implementation for working plans, RFT and services agreement terms
Ensure his team commitment to KPIs and technical auditing measures
To ensure contract manager instruction implementation
To summarize all of his team activities and data by providing daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual & annual reports in addition to any other requested reports
Monitoring project commitment to the proper use and work for the IPM databases system and other project devices
Monitoring fleet movement through GPS and the commitment of vehicles movement as per provided operations division schedule and to report to the contract manager any possible noncompliance
To ensure that all operational plans are being scheduled properly at the system, in addition for reviewing the system work orders before processing to ensure correct data entry
Active link between the client, contract manager, operations & customer’s services department
To dispatch the tasks properly among department staff
Ensure proper data entry along of all clients details for all received services request, complaints, and customer’s satisfaction survey at IPM database system
To ensure proper feedback from operations regarding received services requests & complaints and report any incompliance to contract manager
Supervise and arrange 24/7 call staff shift
Co-ordinate with Contract manager and operations regarding public complaints and customer inquiries requirements
To ensure proper and smooth communication between customer’s services department and operations
Supervise the received services requests / complaints and to ensure that operations has received it properly
(complaints) system, complaints follow up and tracking
Supervise customer satisfaction survey staff and follow up execution
Monitor the performance and results of customer service team and advise with inputs
Provide training to the new incumbents who arrive in customer service capacity
Prepare Tadweer updates and complaints notifications closer reports on time
To provide all project needed reports in any requested form or program
Ensure his team proper data entry at the system
Ensure all teams are well managed and coordinated
To coordinate with other supportive departments for any required task and to ensure its implementation after contract manager approval.
To establish records and files for all the departments whom reported to him in addition to continuous maintenance for these records
To provide contract manager regarding daily, weekly & monthly report that surmise his visits and working activities
Preparing weekly, monthly, annual & semiannual reports in addition to any other requested reports
Providing contract manager with weekly report that summarized his work activities
To ensure contract manager instruction implementation
To provide the required assistant for contract manager in addition to compliance with any given further instructions
To be knowledgeable of Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and actively support its implementation throughout pest control operations
to collaborate and communicate with Operations manager and quality manager in order to support and enforce the technical requirements of Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and ensure its effective implementation and measure the implementation progress.
