JOB PURPOSE |
To manage and lead the sales supervisors; Product Managers and sales team, oversee the sales plans and budgets to achieve profitable results and organizational objectives. |

1. Obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills and product knowledge development to generate more sales in professional manner. |

2. Responsible for introducing new business ranges in dental business. |
|
3. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management in order to maximize business relationships and profits. |
|
4. Manage the sales team, develop business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls to meet agreed targets and promote the organization’s presence in their assigned area. |
|
5. Developing the annual marketing plan to generate realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort). |
|
6. Establish a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and bulletins in order to monitor the performance of the sales team. |
|
7. Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales team and sales supervisor so that they possess sufficient clinical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner. |
|
8. Maintain the best level of principal relationship management by attending business reviews, filed visits and timely response to principal co requirements and requests. |
|
9. Responsible for minimizing ageing stocks and stock forecasting, consignment allocation, shifting stocks according to movements etc. |
|
10. To familiarize with the company Policy and strictly recommended to make sure at all the time AKI interest is fully protected |

11. Responsible for the analyzing and reporting competitor pricing. |
|
12. Support the collection team in the payment collection. |
|
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION |
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Healthcare/Dentistry and/or a Master degree in Business is advantage Or Equivalent Experience Minimum Experience: 15 years of experience in dental business, with at least 5 years in managerial position. |

FINANCIALS & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY |
Financial Scope: Group and Area sales targets. Reporting Staff: sales Representatives, Sales Supervisors, Product Specialist, And Key Accounts Manager. Decision Making Authority: Sales Related as per agreed range of authority with the management and pricing decisions with approvals. |
