1. Handle the marketing of the brand including the events & pos. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer’s expectations. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.

1. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; respect co-workers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted, report it immediately to line manager.

1. Analise business results and apply knowledge in linking commercial and visual aspects of the brand. Strategize the display for controlling season sell thru & increasing sales. Continuously monitor visual guidelines to make sure that visual standards are always maintained.

1. Frequently change displays in accordance with the season, market trends and festivities. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean, and safe working environment.

1. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.

1. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
