JOB PURPOSE: |
Responsible for developing and pitching new business opportunities targeting high-net wealth individuals, celebrities, key influencers and others designated as “consumer” or “home” as appropriate who have the intention to install and maintain their own home gym or other relevant installation providing 360 key turn solutions. |

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION |
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Equivalent Experience Minimum Experience: minimum 8 years in sales management |
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES |
Job Specific: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Strong Presentation skills, consultative selling and negotiation skills, Fluent in English / Arabic considered as a plus. Enthusiastic and passionate about Fitness. Proven track record in sales, key account management, and customer service. Generic Skills: Negotiation Skills and presentation skills |
FINANCIALS & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY |
Financial Scope: Accountable for the QW and annual Sales Targets, and Receivables Reporting Staff: Area Manager – Befit Decision-Making Authority: Prepare quotations/tenders/follow up for payment collection/ PMP for team and local expenses. |
