KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | |
- Plan, implement, test and troubleshoot system software and Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the Retail application systems
- Develop systems solutions for operational problems, Prepare and/or review specifications, evaluate equipment, programs and applications to recommend implementation of new or upgraded software
- Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
- Manage retail replenishment program and ensure stock request orders are raised and released to warehouse
- Responsible for Financial Integration between Oracle E-Business Suite, Retail Applications and other 3rd Party Applications/Vendors. Responsible for Publishing Monthly Retail Stock Ageing in Power Bi
- Write documentation to describe Applications, installation, operating procedures, logic, coding, and corrections
- Troubleshooting applications:
- Running diagnostics on software
- Finding solutions for any issue and implementing it
- Overseeing Retail applications data which includes maintaining, backing up, DR Replication and securing databases, as well as restoring files and conduct DR Failover Tests as needed
- Respond to users’ calls and inquiries to ensure successful customer service
- Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
- Capacity Reporting
- Backup Status Report
- DR Replication Status Report
- DR Bubble and Failover Tests
- Train users to work with Retail Apps
- Undertake Business Requirement Analysis, documentation and process mapping. Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes
- Develop, schedule, monitor data refresh, and maintain reports in Power BI
- Monitoring Data exchange between HO and Outlets (Download/upload jobs)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION | |
- Minimum Qualification: University Degree Or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years in similar Position
- Basic Qualifications
- Must have good Knowledge and implementation experience MS Dynamics 365, ICG
- Familiarity and/or experience with Dynamics workflow

- Thorough understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory, Retail POS Modules
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Project management principles
- Ability to understand business processes, procedures, and policies
- Knowledge and ability to design, define, construct, enhance, support and maintain application software on one or more platforms
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and capability in software construction, testing, infrastructure, configuration, a wide range of system development methodologies and operating standards
- Critical-thinking, problem-solving and the ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks
