Customer Service Executive – Victory
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you're a self-starter, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Generate daily Sales and stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers.
Process daily sales orders and returns in a timely manner while maintaining complete records of all transactions.
Assist in Sales Promotion and Tracking initiatives.
Process expense Purchase Orders (PO) based on sales requests.
Handle Sample and Co-packing requests efficiently.
Ensure proper coordination with all internal departments, including accounts and warehouse, to ensure seamless workflow (e.g., order picking, account creation).
Enter returns uplift forms and coordinate with the logistics team, following up on deliveries as needed.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role in FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Technical skills include intermediate-level analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Well-read and writing Skills in English
