Sales Executive (JC-631)

Job Description :

  1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer’s expectations.
  1. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.
  1. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; respect co-workers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted,  report it immediately to line manager.
  1. Assist with inventory, inbounding, out bonding, pricing, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  1. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean, and safe working environment.
  1. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
  1. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
  1. Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to line manager
