Job Purpose:
Built market position by locating, developing, and defining, negotiating and closing new business relationship in accordance with the company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and identify key potential sales targets in order to maintain alignment with the AKI group growth strategy.
- Locate & Propose potential business alliance deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities in UAE market for the Business units- Pest Control.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Streamlining the customer portfolio, coordinating with the debt collectors for the collection of due payments from the customers as per their specific terms to obtain the receivables in accordance with the company policy.
- Ensuring the contract profitability and covering the different market segments.
- Coordinating with the Business units specifically with head of business units to comply with the sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets achievement and their healthy business close.
- Ensuring the implementation of contract in line with agreed terms and commitment.
- Visibility of the new projects is accurate and approved with the business unit heads.
- Conduct scheduled visits to Key accounts to get feedback on service and proactively address any service concerns raised in coordination with Operations team.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 5 years of relevant proven track record on the projects in the same sector.
