Overall in charge for the Operations department along of complete responsibility
To ensure daily presence of operations teams and to report immediately any absences besidecontinuous reporting for absent or missing staff
Daily visits to operations teams
To monitor his teams’ activities and performance in addition for ensuring their commitment to the givenjob responsibilities
Continuous evaluation and recognition for the staffon monthly basesin order to encourage staffperformance and attitude positive elevating
Weekly meetings withsupervisors and teamleaders and monthlymeetings with technicians
To ensure operations staff accurate implementation for services implementation plan and monthly plan.
To Prepare and implement IPM control plan for everytype of pestas per technical guidelines, weekly, monthly and seasonably or at peak or in outbreaks
To Prepare and implement preventive plans and proofing plans for each type of pests
Prepare the pest monitoring plans,type of examining devices and locations for each typeof pests.
Dedicate manpower, equipment, traps and pest controlmaterials for everyplanned pest controlactivity
Review and suggest initial staff trainings, training timings and session type (classroom, fieldpractice, workshop, etc.)and to ensureoperations staff commitment to the training plans
Ensure operations commitment to KPIs andtechnical auditing measures
Cooperateand coordinate withsupervisor, other partiesparticipating in pestcontrol services implementation or other associating parties such as landscaping, garbagecollection, markets, and animal’s sheds owners and farmers for co-operation and pest prevention awareness campaigns and government affairs
Prepareall pest control activities report (monthly, quarterly, yearly reportsand any otherreports).
Ensure operations commitment and proper dataentry for IPM database
To ensure thatall operational plansare being scheduled properly at the system and in the field as well, in addition for reviewing the system work orders before processing to ensure correct data entry
Ensure all teamsare well managed and coordinated
To review and monitorcompliance of operations staff with all regulatory and licensing requirements
To coordinate withother supportive departments for any required task and to ensure itsimplementation after contract manager approval withinoperations.
To follow all operations staffneeds and to ensure its availability in addition to report anyfurther/missing demands fromthe contract management
Completeresponsibility about all contract operations department (like – but not limited to):accommodations, stores, equipment, Etc…
To provide contract manager with daily,weekly & monthlyreport that surmise his visits andworking activities
To provide the required assistant for contract manager in addition to compliance for any further instructions
