JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:Customer Service Clerk
Reports to:Supervisor
Business Unit/ Department:Transport
JOB PURPOSE: DELIVERY COORDINATION, CASH DELIVERY FOLLOW UP, CUSTOMER COORDINATION.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DescriptionKey Performance Indicators
  1. Calling customers & fixing delivery schedules & appointments.
  2. Liaising with customers for cash / cheque delivery & payment availability.
  3. Coordinating with customers & business for delivery related issues.
  4. Calling delivery crew for all timing deliveries & deliver fulfillment as per customer requirement.
  • Successful delivery.
  • Reduce rejections.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Job Specific:

Proper communication skills

Generic Skills:
 

Good communication skills – English, Arabic (Mandatory).
