Position Title: Coffee machine Technician
Reports to: Merlin Jeba Raj /Channel Manager Food Service Solutions
Business Unit/Department: Food Service/ Consumer
Position Summary
Providing an excellent and reliable technical service to our customers. Installation, Repair and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders and other supportive equipment. Attending emergency breakdown calls and refurbishing of used coffee machines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supporting the technical team In coffee asset’s service and installation according to daily needs.
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, repair services and preventive maintenance of coffee equipment’s.
- Travel to customer locations to perform these services and to assess customer needs from site location.
- Supporting to Lavazza Training Center operations (located in Umm Ramool office Ground Floor)
And Coffee tastings to activate/ approach new customers or concepts
- Maintaining the Showroom, work area and equipment’s in a clean and orderly condition.
- Detecting and reporting defective parts or conditions of the machine to technical manager.
- Good communication skills for Direct communication with customers, department sales and back-office staff.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Coffee machine technician in HORECA
- Professional certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- UAE Driving license
- Good Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques.
- A friendly manner and willingness to learn, positive, punctual and good attitude towards work.
