1. Fulfill all Statutory and Professional Duties of a trainee pharmacist to abide to health authorities’ regulations.
  • Follow the rules and regulations of authorities such as HAAD / MOH / DOH, depending on the health authority.
2. Achieve budgeted profitability to meet business plan set by the line manger
  • % Sales vs. individual target
  • % Margin vs. individual target
  • ATV vs. individual target
3. Ensure the highest professional standards of counter prescribing and Medicines Protocol implementation for meeting these standards within the frame of customer service excellence.
  • OTC dispensing under the supervision of the registered pharmacist.
  • Selling of general items (Derma, health equipment, personal, foot care, and oral care, and supplements).
4.Deliver information to customers in a discreet and respectful manner in order to comply with company policies.
  • Delivery of information concerning customers, staff and company measured through report incidences.
