JOB PURPOSE: Training the Lavazza Clients & Manage the Lavazza Training Center Operations
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As part of Lavazza proposal each accounts F&B team must trained by the appointed Barista Trainer
- Training (Basic & advanced), Coffee Quality Audits, operating events, Beverage Menu preparation.
- Lavazza Training Center operations (located in Umm Ramool office Ground Floor)
- Coffee tastings to activate/ approach new customers or concepts.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Barista Certified Barista (Hotel / Café)
- Must have 2 years of experience as Lead Barista or Trainer.
- Must have strong knowledge of coffee brewing/ processing/Roasting, etc.
- Must hold a F&B related industry education qualification / Hotel Management or Food Science.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Job Specific: Good Presentation & Practical Skills,
- Generic Skills: MS Office, Excel, Communication, Planning, Good social skills.
