KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Receive the co-packing related goods	TAT of 24 hours
Deliver the finished packed goods	Within the agreed timeline
Respond to all the business-related communications	48 hours max
Ensure the quality aspect	30% of the total quantity
Address all the technical related issues	Strong follow up
Timely reporting to the Line managers	Month end
Timely submission of the job-related invoices	Month end
planning and scheduling of co-packing projects, ensuring adequate resources are allocated and production deadlines are met.	Tracks the cost of co-packing projects against the allocated budget.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of co-packing processes, including packaging equipment, materials handling, and quality control.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a diverse team.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a production environment.

Proficiency in using computer software and systems for production tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
