- Respond to customer enquiries and concerns politely
- Developand maintain a positive clientrelationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls
- To run customer’s satisfaction survey as per theRFT terms
- Ensure proper feedback from operations regarding received services requests & complaints
- Co-ordinate with operations regarding services request, public complaints and customer inquiries requirements
- Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding services request, complaints & satisfaction surveys
- Comply with policies, regulation and standards
- Data entry alongof all clients details for all received services request, complaints, and
customer’s satisfaction surveyat IPM database system Document and escalate anycustomer service issues - Assist with training of new employees within department
- Assistingcontract management in addition to following any further instruction
