Position Title:Sales Executive 
Reports to:Trading Sales Manager. Doted line to Qista Project Manager
Business Unit/ Department:Environmental Service

 

JOB PURPOSE:
Built market position by locating, developing, and defining QISTA new brand to the UAE market. Negotiating and closing new business relationship in accordance with company policy.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Key Performance Indicators

1. Develop and identify key potential sales targets in order

to maintain alignment with the AKI group growth strategy.

  • Number of new market segments introduced

2. Locate & Propose potential business alliance deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities in UAE market for the Business units-Pest

Control & Waste Management Commercial.

  • No: of new contracts closed

3. Manage the sales to deliver the objectives and sales target.

  • % sales target achievement of the team.

4. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • No: of new contracts closed

5. Streamlining the customer portfolio

  • The no: of pipeline customers/contracts

6. Coordinating with the debt collectors for the collection of due payments from the customers as per their specific terms to obtain the receivables in accordance with the company policy.

  • % of overdue payments collected

7. Coordinating with the Business units specifically with head of business units to comply with the sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets

achievement and their healthy business close.

  • Department P&L statement.

8. Visibility of the new projects is accurate and approved with the business unit heads.

  • No of deviations
 

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant proven track record on the projects in the same sector.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Job Specific: Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills, Cross Selling Skills, Analytical ability, Leadership Skills, Service Orientation, Computer Skills including MS Office.

Financial Scope: Promotion/gifts/marketing tools- with delegated authority for managing and achieving the area of responsibilities.

 

Decision Making Authority: Prepare quotations/tenders/follow up for payment collection/ PMP for team.

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATION

Working Environment: Office and Field Environment

Internal Relationships: Sales Manager, contract Manager, HR and AKI business units as required.

External Relationships: Customers, Suppliers and legal authorities.
