- Fulfill all Statutory and Professional Duties of Executives
| - Number of deviations from fulfilling statutory and professional duties.

- Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, within the (store) to improve operational efficiencies.
| - Implement timely QA audits
- Timely update and review of all SOP’s applicable to Operation.

- Investigate complaints on existing products and respond to vendor or customer to solve complaints.
| - Timely response to Customer complaints
|
- Assist workers through analyzing and resolving their work issues and train employees in SOP’s to ensure effectiveness in application of job skills.
| - Number of staff successfully trained on SOP’s
- Number of incidents of delay in solving staff problems.

- Train staff on safety topics, quality procedures and business updates on monthly basis.
| - Number of training sessions conducted

- Attend and or complete all courses / meetings as required by the company to ensure alignment with business needs and warehouse activities

- Maintain healthy stock in (store) and avoid stock ageing.

- Oversee the cost effectiveness of the
warehouse (store) activities. and keep building standards compliant with legislation and insurance requirements.
