Job Title: Sr. E-commerce Specialist
BinSina Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain BinSina Pharmacy's e-commerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and fully optimized for conversions.
- Should be sound in platform knowledge (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) to effectively navigate and utilize platform features and functionalities.
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor website performance, including speed, uptime, and security, and take necessary actions to resolve any issues.
- Digital Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to promote BinSina Pharmacy's products and services.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to optimize ROI, including CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience by optimizing overall.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate product availability and stock levels on the e-commerce platform.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) working in e-commerce, preferably in the retail or pharmacy industry.
- Strong technical skills with sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience in driving performance marketing initiatives to optimize ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE e-commerce market and regulations is a plus.
