JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:Senior Brand Executive
Reports to:Marketing Manager
Business Unit/ Department:Consumer – Growth Cap
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and executing plans and initiatives to achieve the broader short and long-term marketing strategy and company objectives. The executive collaborates with Consumer Insights and finance, take a lead in managing vendor partners and all aspects of the brand to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DescriptionKey Performance Indicators
  • Develop, align and implement brand strategy to deliver category KPIs in alignment with the principal/supplier.
  • Revenue & Volume Growth
  • Work with internal cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, operational team etc).
  • Trade Spending ROI

 

  • Responsible for management and control of promotion and trade marketing budgets.
  • Market Share Growth
  • Responsible to achieve targeted revenue, market share and P&L
• Brand P&L
  • Lead all product related developments that are aligned cross-functionally.

• To maintain ageing inventory

within the targeted limit

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • Masters Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing
JOB SPECIFIC:
  • High analytic / data crunching skills
  • Excellent in communication and presentation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

External Relationships: Principals / Suppliers, Key Account Head Office
