Superviseand monitor theirdesignated pest control operations teams alongof complete responsibility about them, and to ensurewith them implementation for contract services implementation plan, surveyplans, work plan,RFT and services agreement terms
To monitor theirteams’ activities and performance in addition for ensuring theircommitment to the given job responsibilities
To review working plans at regular bases and to report in case of any required additions and modification, in orderto be implemented in coordination with operations managerand contract manager as per thefollowed procedures
To follow all their teamsstaff needs and to ensureits availability in addition to report anyfurther/missing demands fromoperations manager
To ensure dailypresence of theirteams and to report immediately any absences
To Ensure theirproper appearance as well of their staffappearance
Daily visits to all of their designated areas and pest control teams
Supervisethe field applications of pest controlactivities
Field supervision of application to ensure quality services implementations.
Prepare daily pest control applied activities reports
Submit field collected samples to the pest controlresearch laboratory withfull required information
To implement required survey plans, controlplans, experiments and searches in pest controlfield
To schedule all operational plans& survey plansat the IPMsystem in addition to ensure thatthese plans are being scheduled properly at the system, in addition for reviewing the system work ordersbefore processing to ensure correct data entry
Reports,records, documents anyobservations and provide recommendation
Make recommendation for repairs andrequest major repairsbe made to prevent or control infestation by pests
Order and maintain materials and supplies
Superviseto operate powerspray equipment to apply chemical treatments at sites
Maintainrecords of inspections and treatments
Make direct presentations or education to the publicduring treatments to advise them on thepurpose, hazards and safety of pesticide treatments
Continuous internal training and education fortheir teams besideensuring their commitment and well understanding for the training plan
To provide to his directmanager with daily,weekly & monthlyreport that surmisehis visits andworking activities
To provide the required assistant for contract manager and operations manageras well inaddition to compliance with any further instructions
To be familiar and knowledgeable withAbu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and support its implementation throughout pest control operations
