- Ensure confidentiality of information concerning customers and staff in accordance with the Data Protection Act to retain confidentiality of company policies and figure statistics to meet service excellence.

- Follow up on item expiries to avoid having expired items.

- Prepare credit card reports and cash deposits to meet timely deposit requirement.
