1. job overview job title: technical supervisors place of work: operations department report to operation manager scope and general purpose: follow up all jobs in the field and ensure high quality and efficient pest control practices. key communication internal: operations manager, data base maintenance and hse officer. key communication external: customers/ tdaweer 2. competence requirements for job b.sc., in agricultural science education: training in pest control. specific training: training in safe use of pesticides training in customer service. basic computer applications including ms word, excel, specific skills: powerpoint etc effective communication skills with others organize and hard work ability to satisfy customer driving certificate. english speaking and writing is a must. 3years experience in the same field. experience: 3. specific duties  to manage team leaders on daily basis. responsipilities  follow up the delivery services implementation (daily,weekly, monthly)  to conduct field survey for each pest in the area  to conduct monitoring and evaluation for each control operation  technician proper care of ppe required.  to ensure proper pesticide usages and consumption.  to ensure proper routing and scheduling of daily concern  to check staff and vehicle presentation.  to implement ipm policies and principles  field reports and inspections.  ensure that all complaints and call outs and emergencies are scheduled.  to attend to all other field related matters. osh responsibilities  presenting hazard analysis for new operations and ensuring that safe procedures are followed.  inspecting the work area and equipment at the beginning and during each shift to correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.  support in the proper investigation of accidents to determine the cause so that corrective measures can be taken to prevent recurrence.  training workers to work safely including getting help when lifting heavy or bulky materials and use materials handling machinery and apply proper lifting techniques  report & raise the request to concerned department of any hse equipment failure or deficiency.  monitor and check the wellbeing of the team on daily basis , and report & re plan the work if any not feeling well.  ensure materials are provided to each team in adequate quantity and kept in safe manner.
