Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
Writing up reports, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with architects, draftsman, foreman and other professionals.
Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
Supervise the safety in the site (detour) Supervise the quality of all work activities Coordinate with engineer inspector to take approval of the work
Supervise earthworks crews including embankment crew, subase crew and subgrade crew.
Supervise kerbstones and concrete tiles crews.
Implement of the logistics of the Equipment inside project.
Supervise the borrow pits locations.
Conduct daily and weekly meeting with crews to assign work
Provide leadership to be a role model for the company values
Scheduling of work for project and ensuring the construction team’s daily and weekly activities meet production goals related to earthwork.
Co-ordination of resources – plant, people, materials, equipment.
