Position Title: Merchandising Marshal
Reporting to: Reggie Paule Gapayan
Business Unit/Department: Consumer
Job Description: Responsible for managing Merchandisers, Markets executions, and enforcing all policies and procedures within the assigned team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct trainings and product knowledge for the Merchandisers
- Control Merchandisers daily Journey plans and task
- Create a strategy to manage all executions as per the company standards
- Implement new ideas to improve all market visibilities, availabilities and execution and maintain a good relationship with the customers.
- Develop a plan to maximize the ability and potential of the Merchandisers for the improvement of the business.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 1.1
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Equivalent Experience
- 3 to 5 Years experience in Merchandising or Sales
- Experience in FMCG
- With good pleasing personality
- Good Communication Skills
- Well versed in Microsoft applications such as Excel, MS word, PPT

- At least 3 Years of Service at AKI.
