Position Title: Store Manager
Reports to: Brand Manager
Business Unit/Department: AKI Fashion
JOB PURPOSE: Lead by example and represent the company and brand by communicating its values though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Manage the customer database to build strong relationships with customers and create future potential selling opportunities. Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with line manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading fashion retail store in managerial role.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Job Specific: Leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of retail business management processes.
Generic skills: Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
FINANCIALS & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
Financial Scope: Accountable for the store sales targets and agreed operational expenses.
Reporting Staff: In-store Team (Senior Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Storekeeper)
Decision-Making Authority: Approves in-store team vacation schedules and agreed store operation related expenses.
