Supervise and lead non-pharmacy staff, including Beauty advisors, external Beauty advisors and support personnel. 

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, within the pharmacy to improve operational efficiencies.   

Investigate complaints on existing products and respond to vendor or customer to solve complaints 

Assist workers through analyzing and resolving their work issues and train employees in SOP’s to ensure effectiveness in application of job skills. 

Train staff on safety topics, quality procedures and business updates on monthly basis.  

Attend and or complete all courses / meetings as required by the company to ensure alignment with business needs and warehouse activities  

Maintain healthy stock in pharmacy and avoid stock ageing across all non-pharmacy related products. 

Oversee the cost effectiveness of the pharmacy activities and keep building standards during events and peak trading. 

Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures and day to day Pharmacy retail operations and tasks. 

Complete and follow up on completion of the tasks given by the Head office and/Line Manager in the agreed/specified timeline. 

Manage the performance of the store team and ensure regular follow ups are done on the Objectives set for the financial year.  

Coach, build PDP’s and up skill the team through monthly meetings, team briefings, etc. in absence of Store Manager
