KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | |
- E-commerce strategy: Develop and execute the D2C & Marketplace e-commerce strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand our digital presence.
- Measure & Analyse and drive conversation: Sales Data, Advertising Data, Traffic Data, Digital Shelf, Keyword, Content Audit, Content Monitoring, Operations analytics, Inventory Management, Pricing & Promotions, Rating & Reviews, Advertising analytics, Shopper behaviour, Sales & market share, Traffic & conversion. Work alongside the marketing team on SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, and use analytics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Targeting customers: Paid Media, Promo Calendar, Visual Content Creation, Event Planning, SEO & Brand Stores, Pre & Post Event analysis, Product Tier Laddering, Contextual Targeting
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience on our D2C e-commerce platform. Collaborate with customer support to address inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Market Place Operation: FBA/FBN Management, Forecasting , Catalogue Management, Inventory Planning & strategy, Profitability, Returns Management & Reconciliation of payments
- Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our Marketplace & D2C e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Collaborate with IT team to implement platform enhancements and integrations.
- Product Catalogue Optimization: Manage and optimize the digital product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information including pricing. Work closely with product teams to showcase new offerings and promotions effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancements, process optimization and efficiency gains. Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends.
- Business Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing business processes against standard E-Commerce/Mobile app functionality. Translate these assessments into functional requirements, document business needs, and conduct Gap Analysis.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with teams to manage online inventory and ensure timely updates on the website.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION | |
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing)
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally with both Marketplace (MP) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability in e-commerce channels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to achieve objectives.
