Key Performance Indicators

  1. Store Financial KPI & Customer service. Cash register operation, sales transactions, opening/closing procedures. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; respect co-workers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted,  report it immediately to line manager.
Sales report, customer service & satisfaction. 
  1. In Store stock management

Control inventory, inbounding/out bonding process, pricing, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.

SOH report, Sell thru report, KPI Report. 
  1. Store Expenditure and Overhead control
P&L Report
  1. Assist on channel Development & Brand awareness Strategies
Improved Brand awareness, New sales channels 
  1. Talent Mapping and Coaching, appraisal 
Following up Structured Monthly Training Plan. Recognize & suggest advanced candidates. 
  1. Cross functional engagement - Teamwork and collaboration
Effective and transparent communication on all levels (IT, HR, WH, Finance, Audit, Maintenance, Marketing) and achieving positive results that serve the vision.
