Develop, prepare, and revise complete project baseline, acceleration, and recovery schedule in coordination with project team incorporating all contractual requirements using Critical Path Method (CPM) and prepared using scheduling software (Primavera P6) subject to submission and approval of the Engineer/Client.
Manage the update of project baseline schedule with inputs from stake holders
Review actual progress against the construction schedule and prepare report (variance report, s-curve, KPIs’, histograms, etc.,) to the Project Team/Engineer/Client
Maintain records and prepare all contractual correspondences and notifications that affect the project schedule and for potential delay events.
Prepare Extension of Time (EoT) Claim documents for submission to the Engineer/Employer and attend workshops with the Engineer in the evaluation and determination of EoT claims.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports and Weekly progress presentations in accordance to Contract requirements
Attend progress meetings with Project Manager/Engineer/Client to discuss project status.
Advise project team for any early warning regarding potential delay events. Investigate in coordination with project team for any corrective actions required if delays occur.
Prepare and update internal reports.
Any other duties as reasonable requested by the line/function manager.
Excellent communication skill and should be able manage the work individually with minimal support from others.
