Position Title:	Clerk – Medlab Invoice Submissions
Reports to:	Supervisor
Business Unit/ Department:	Transport

JOB PURPOSE: INVOICE SUBMISSION, CASH & CHEQUE COLLECTION FOR MEDLAB

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description	Key Performance Indicators
Submission of invoices for MEDLAB division – Government & private customers Resolving issues of submission invoices. Building relationships with all customers & reducing the lead time in submissions. Tracking all the invoices which are sent for submission & follow up with customer for timely acknowledgment & collection. Collecting GRN, acknowledged DN copy & getting the orders received in customer portal.	On time submission. Daily follow up. Reduce submission lead time. Resolution of submission issues.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Job Specific:

Valid UAE Driving License

Knowledge of documentation process.

Handling documents & building customer relationships.

Cash & cheque handling.

Generic Skills:

Good communication skills – English, Arabic & Hindi.

Coordination & follow up with customers.
