Overall risk management processes throughout the projectlifecycle.
Implement proactive risk assessment, contingency planning, and response strategies to effectively manage short, medium, and long-term risks.
Ensuring the organization and all suppliers and sub-contractors comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including local Tadweer, emirate level and federal requirements.
Developing, implementing, and updating safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment including the development of management systems and securing/maintaining accreditation with ISO14001, ISO45001 and all other relevant international standards
Overseeing the development of safe systems of work, reviewing and overseeing the risk assessment process and the process for development and review of method statements and written procedures
Overseeing safety trainingprograms for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring they are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Investigating workplace accidents, incidents, or near-misses, identify root causes,and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Conducting safety auditsand inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
Developing and implementing emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first- aid measures.
Promoting safety awareness and communication across the organization, encouraging a culture of safety.
Ensuring the organization complies with environmental regulations and standards, minimizing environmental impact.
Developing and supporting initiatives for sustainability and environmental responsibility and contributing towards the long-term UAE goal of Net Zero.
Identifying potentialsafety and environmental risks and implementing measures to mitigatethem.
Managing the collection and analysis of EHS data to monitor trends, identify areas of concern, and make data-driven decisions including establishing effective monitoring systems including the compilation and reporting of KPIs.
Maintaining close liaisonand communication with Tadweer on EHS & BCM performance, systems and continuous improvement.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to ensure the organization can continue its critical operations during and after disruptions.
Identifying and assessing potential risks and threats to business continuity, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, and other disruptions.
Creating and managing a crisis management team,and ensure they are trainedand ready to respond effectively during a crisis.
Developing and maintaining an incident response plan to address disruptions and minimize their impact.
Establish strategies and resources for business recovery, including data backup and recovery, alternate facilities, and supply chain continuity.
Conducting regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan and ensure preparedness.
Establish effective communication plans to inform employees, Tadweer, stakeholders, and the public during a crisis.
Assisting the TrainingManager in trainingemployees on theirroles and responsibilities in the event of a crisis or disruption.
Maintaining accurateand up-to-date documentation of all BCM plans and procedures.
Continuously assessing and refining the BCM programbased on lessonslearned and changingrisks
