KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | |
- System Integration Development and Management: Design, develop, and manage integrations between various systems (Such as digital systems, E-commerce, ERP, Warehouse Management, Delivery Management, Order Management, etc.) using Boomi as middleware. Configure and maintain system interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between applications. Conduct testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement solutions, to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users regarding integration-related issues.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Reporting: Preparing various integration related reports and dashboards as required.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and specifications. Undertaking business requirement analysis, documentation, process mapping, and preparing detailed flowcharts and diagrams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application integration and related technologies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION | |
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: Min 3 years of experience in system integration in a digital technologies environment.
- Expertise in API-based integration, middleware technologies (experience in Boomi is an advantage), and enterprise software applications.
- Integration experience connecting D365, Oracle EBS, SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
