KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES | |
- Functional support on WMS and Logistics related issues
- Support inventory and Stock Control teams for technical issues for investigating and rectifying causes for discrepancy on WMS system
- Ensuring Database health check maintenance and backup tasks management and compliance
- Responding to Level 1 WMS related technical queries from business users and providing analysis data
- Support Handheld based issues for floor users on the RF Devices
- Support IT initiatives as per IT Strategy in new implementations and/or design configurations
- Comprehensive full stock reconciliation monitoring and Integration Gap Analysis between Scale and Oracle
- Ensuring stability of Location, Zones and strategies Configuration on SCALE and SCALE Item Master Advanced Management.

- Minimum Qualification: University Degree Or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of WMS and Logistics systems experience

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES |
Job Specific Project management - Lead application development projects related to WMS
- Scope, plan, develop, organize, and manage WMS projects
- Analyse process risks and inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Maintain system and design documentation, and prepare materials for project reviews
- Lead analysis and resolution of business problems associated with IT systems
- Identify automation opportunities for process and system improvements
Technical and Functional support and guidance - Supervise and guide the maintenance of WMS systems
- WMS Prod, QA DB Servers’ maintenance and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve day to day operational WMS application related issues
- Support the Business users to test and implement any change on WMS
- Work with WMS vendor for testing and confirming any development updates
- Support WMS users on investigation on technical or process issues with the application
- Provide technical support for the Warehouse handheld devices, RF Guns, wireless printers, etc. including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
