JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title:Key Account executive - skincare
Reports to:Sales Manager- Skincare
Business Unit/ Department:Pharma marketing 

 

JOB PURPOSE: 

Sell company’s products to a variety of customers including pharmacists, Purchasers and Hospitals through detailing the product benefits and information, following up the sales to increase customer awareness. To manage & execute business plans in the designated territory to achieve individual targets which are aligned with company’s strategy and objectives.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
  • The achievement of set targets based on the company’s strategy (sales, profit, new business etc.).
  • Plan weekly and monthly sales schedules in coordination with Sales Team to forecast the sales targets.
  • Ensure category planograms, merchandising guidelines, rotation and new line introduction guidelines implementation based on business units directions and the local situation.
  • Understanding of customer needs. Assess and evaluate information to identify and forecast market trends, issues, and developments that might affect the business and the organization.
  • Leading customer engagement educational activities Participation in the coordination of medical lectures and seminars to raise awareness of HCP and specialists.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating new business while protecting existing business.
  • Advise and inform on customer activities, customer brands, market trends, and competitors’ activities to aid strategic planning.
  • Jointly develop, communicate, and drive implementation of customer development plans with clear objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION 
  • Bachelor’s degree – Preferred in science.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • UAE experience is a MUST.
  • Has an understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant markets.
