Responsibilities:
Prospect, cold calling and make formal presentations of company pricing, products and promotions to major coffee, Tea, Syrups and food service customers to gain or expand new business.
• Execute sales strategies in order to meet or exceed company’s sales targets and achieve KPIs as outlined in performance expectations.
• Target strategic accounts for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for achieving a high-level sales target with Restaurant & Cafe customers.
• Coordinate customer setup and activation.
• Prepare and comply with mandatory reporting systems.
• Responsible for managing own KEY customers and relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and make recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
