Job Description :

JOB PURPOSE: 

This role will support end-to-end recruitment. This position requires excellent communication & organizational skills and the ability to build and manage relationships.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Partnering with businesses to provide consultation and support on talent needs.
  • Uses various sourcing methods to generate potential talent and recommend candidates who meet the requirements shared by Business.
  • Manage an applicant tracking system to maintain candidate database and generate reports.
  • Screening, reviewing and recommending candidates for open roles.
  • Managing the flow of applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with hiring managers and onboarding team to ensure successful onboarding for new hires.
  • Other recruitment, staffing, and candidate & employee experience duties as assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in human resources or in a similar field
  • Minimum Experience: Diverse and progressive recruitment experience, preferably in a retail or distribution industry. Experience with MOHRE, Nafis, Pension, LinkedIn and other job boards. Additionally, experience with ATS & Government Entities as well. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Job Specific: Understanding of Emiratization initiatives, policies, and regulations in the UAE. Ensuring adherence to Emiratization quotas, reporting requirements, and legal obligations as per compliance. Implementing programs for the training and development of Emirati

 

  • Generic Skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve Emiratization objectives.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 2- 4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Job Specific: Strong communication skills, 360 recruitment, technology proficiency, Market Intelligence.
