KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Collaborate with senior management to understand and address human capital needs to drive organizational success
•Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering positive relationships.
•Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
•Timely Visa and labor card renewals
•Governing Medical insurance and timely renewal
•Onboarding employees
•Driving employee engagement activitis
•Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
•Identify high-potential employees and work on succession planning and career development programs.
•Implement performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
•Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws and best practices.
•Implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
•Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.
•Support continuous learning and skill development for employees.
•Administer employee benefit programs and address compensation-related inquiries.
•Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for decision-making
•Generate regular reports on HR key performance indicators.
•Work closely with business leaders to understand department-specific needs and challenges.
 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
•Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Specialist
•Should have masters degree or PG Diploma
