Job Description :

  • Develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to develop and execute online promotions and merchandising campaigns.
  • Manage the entire product catalog through visually accurate product descriptions, item codes, tags, prices, and product images.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of listing and updating products.
  • Optimize product categorization and sub-categorization for improved searchability and user experience.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct frequent website, mobile and APIs audits to ensure that the product information, category listing, product visibility and CTA is accurate and has optimal search effectiveness.
  • Ensures effective ‘in season’ management for the given brand/category of products (stock balancing, markdown management, stock analysis, stock vs sales performance).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and web management, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee CRM marketing campaigns and manage the rewards program to enhance engagement.
