JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title:    Sales Manager – Trading Business unit 
Reports to:    Head of Pest control
Business Unit/ Department:    Environmental Service

JOB PURPOSE:
Built market position by locating, developing, and defining pesticides products to the UAE market. Identifying new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing customers, and driving growth in the pest control sector. With a deep understanding of pesticides products and services, as well as a proven track record in business development and sales.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description    Key Performance Indicators
1. Develop and execute sales strategies: to acquire new customers / brands and increase market penetration.
    •    Number of new market segments / brands introduced
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends.    •    No: of new Brands 
3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales targets, revenue growth, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.    •    % sales target achievement of the team.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, veterinary clinics, distributors, and other industry professional    •    No. of existing and new accounts
5. Receivable collection: Coordinating with the debt collectors for the collection of due payments from the customers as per their specific terms to obtain the receivables in accordance with the company policy.    •    % of overdue payments collected
7. P&L achievement: Coordinating with head of business unit to comply with the sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets
achievement and their healthy business close.    •    Department P&L statement.
 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant proven track record in the same sector.

Financial Scope: Promotion/gifts/marketing tools- with delegated authority for managing and achieving the area of responsibilities.

Decision Making Authority: Prepare quotations/tenders/follow up for payment collection/ PMP for team.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATION
Working Environment: Office and Field Environment
Internal Relationships: Sales Manager, contract Manager, HR and AKI business units as required.
External Relationships: Customers, Suppliers and legal authorities.
