Position Title:Sales Manager – Veterinary business unit  
Reports to:Head of Pest control
Business Unit/ Department:Environmental Service
JOB PURPOSE:
Developing, and defining potential brands to the UAE market. Identifying new business opportunities, expanding products portfolio as well relationships with existing customers, and driving growth in the veterinary business unit . 

Description    Key Performance Indicators
 

1. Develop and execute sales strategies: to acquire new customers / brands and increase market penetration.

 

  • Number of new market segments / brands introduced

2. Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs in the veterinary industry in UAE market 

 

  • No: of new Brands  

3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales targets, revenue growth, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

  • % sales target achievement of the  team.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, veterinary clinics, distributors, and other industry professional

  • No. of existing and new accounts

5. Managing working capital ( payables , receivable and inventory ) 

  • Aging report and cash flow 

7. managing business P&L achievement: 

 

  • P&L financial report 

8. build high performance organization 

  • Acquire missing and competent sales staff 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, 

Minimum Experience: 8  years of relevant proven track record in the same sector.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Job Specific: Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills, Cross Selling Skills, Analytical ability, Leadership Skills, Service Orientation, Computer Skills including MS Office.

FINANCIALS & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY

Financial Scope: Promotion/gifts/marketing tools- with delegated authority for managing and achieving the area of responsibilities.

 

Decision Making Authority: Prepare quotations/tenders/follow up for payment collection/ PMP for team.

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATION

Working Environment: Office and Field Environment

Internal Relationships: Sales Manager, contract Manager, HR and AKI business units as required.

External Relationships: Customers, Suppliers and legal authorities.
