Roles & Responsibilities -Share ETD of orders with the distributors based on their request. -Attend distributor issues related to shipment discrepancies and provide solution. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subsidiary Parts Team, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure sharing right information to distributors. -Co work with logistics and warehouse team to release new orders for packing. -Manage and reply to all the inquiries received through VOD system. -Register FOC orders based on subsidiary approval and it supply -Manage Monitor Parts budget based on details received from HQ in the beginning of the year Qualifications & Requirements -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
