Role: B2B Operations & Marketing (CAC Team)
Location: Jabel Ali, Dubai
Grade: Asst Manager
Principal Responsibility
- Marketing Offline
- Secure target achievement of Seminar KPI, role includes the following
- monitoring progress of planned vs. actual (pre-planning with Sales team)
- Arrange all related requirements to AS Seminar (Venue, F&B, Participants Gift (CLIENT’S products) , Marketing Materials (Banner, Catalog, etc.) and Merchandise Item (CLIENT’S branded items)
- Monitor ROI related to Seminar investment (BRM opportunity conversion vs. leads accumulated from Seminar)
- Planned CRM Activity with HVAC Customers, role includes
- Recommend activities to sales for relationship building activity / consensus with sales
- Arrange all related requirements (Venue, F&B, Gifts, Marketing Materials, Overseas Trip Booking)
- Monitor ROI related to Seminar
- Propose / Consensus with Sales Exhibit Participation Requirements
- Arrange all related requirements (Booking, Display Set up, Marketing Materials)
- Monitor ROI related to Seminar
- Marketing Digital
- Secure increased in CLIENT’S.COM traffic, role includes
- Planning and Optimization of Digital campaign / assets / KPI (leads, traffic, budget)
- Organic traffic, create strategy /activities for SEM, PR, HVAC Blogs, Social media content management
- MAT (Eloqua) Management, role includes
- Create Newsletter update - secure KPI achievement
- Manage database (increased no. of database) through seminar registration, Client’s.com inquiry sign up, social media sign up campaign
- Marketing Expense
- Secure system budget accrual (APMS) before activity
- Settle APMS expense (Credit card) / Vendor payment
- GEVS payment settlement (Credit card), selected Vendor invoice
- Budget adjustment based on planned activities (APMS)

Relevant Experience & Duration
- 3-5 years relevant work experience within digital at a manufacturer, retailer, advertising, marketing or interactive firm
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital
