Role: B2B Operations & Marketing (CAC Team)

Location: Jabel Ali, Dubai

Grade: Asst Manager

Principal Responsibility

  • Marketing Offline
    1. Secure target achievement of Seminar KPI, role includes the following
    2. monitoring progress of planned vs. actual (pre-planning with Sales team)
    3. Arrange all related requirements to AS Seminar (Venue, F&B, Participants Gift (CLIENT’S products) , Marketing Materials (Banner, Catalog, etc.) and Merchandise Item (CLIENT’S branded items)
    4. Monitor ROI related to Seminar investment (BRM opportunity conversion vs. leads accumulated from Seminar)
    5. Planned CRM Activity with HVAC Customers, role includes
    6. Recommend activities to sales for relationship building activity / consensus with sales
    7. Arrange all related requirements (Venue, F&B, Gifts, Marketing Materials, Overseas Trip Booking)
    8. Monitor ROI related to Seminar
    9. Propose / Consensus with Sales Exhibit Participation Requirements
    10. Arrange all related requirements (Booking, Display Set up, Marketing Materials)
    11. Monitor ROI related to Seminar
  • Marketing Digital
    1. Secure increased in CLIENT’S.COM traffic, role includes
    2. Planning and Optimization of Digital campaign / assets / KPI (leads, traffic, budget)
    3. Organic traffic, create strategy /activities for SEM, PR, HVAC Blogs, Social media content management
    4. MAT (Eloqua) Management, role includes 
    5. Create Newsletter update - secure KPI achievement 
    6. Manage database (increased no. of database) through seminar registration, Client’s.com inquiry sign up, social media sign up campaign
  • Marketing Expense
    • Secure system budget accrual (APMS) before activity
    • Settle APMS expense (Credit card) / Vendor payment
    • GEVS payment settlement (Credit card), selected Vendor invoice
    • Budget adjustment based on planned activities (APMS)

Relevant Experience & Duration

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience within digital at a manufacturer, retailer, advertising, marketing or interactive firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital
