Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced ID B2B Tech support & Training expert to join our team with minimum 5 years & maximum 10 years of experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ID B2B product technical Support and Training for MEA Region
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage & provide Technical support for ID products in MEA Region.
-Conduct onsite and online training for other subsidiaries.
-Perform LED pixel repairs for various models, including those with 0.6mm pixels.
-Handle onsite LED configuration and troubleshoot faults.
-Provide training to Service engineer or System Intrigrater as and when required.
-Oversee the management of PRC spare parts in both the system and physical storage.
-Prepare and submit monthly B2B reports for ID products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or Engineering in a related field.
-2+ years of experience in LED/chip-level repair, LED screen configuration and LED control systems.
-Proven experience in PCB repair and electronic component troubleshooting.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English (and/or country’s local language) is mandatory both spoken and written.
